About the teacher
Sarah picked up a dusty copy of Callan Pinckney’s classic guide to Callanetics, “10 Years Younger in 10 Hours” and found a whole new way to help herself not just get slimmer and fitter but also tackle the chronic pain she’d suffered for many years.
A trained gymnast Sarah had always been fit and active. But after a number of injuries she was suffering from severe pain in her back and knees. Sarah was also diagnosed with Hypermobility Syndrome a chronic musculoskeletal condition which can cause chronic pain, injury and disability.
Sarah had tried a range of exercise regimes and therapies over the years to win back her health, and was amazed when Callanetics did for her what none of the others had done: it worked!
Callanetics gave Sarah her body back and a new life. She dropped inches all over and was more active and energised. But best of all: her pain was reduced by 90%.
Sarah was so impressed with the dramatic improvement Callanetics made to her body she decided to train as a Callanetics Certified Teacher.She now works across London teaching classes, groups and individuals the Callanetics Exercise Method so that like her they can feel the benefits of the unique Callanetics Exercise Method and improve their own strength, flexibility and stamina.
