“I have never loved the gym - too boring, too repetitive and after months of going to the gym 3 times a week, I would only see minimal results, with little muscle tone in my body. I first tried the Callanetics DVDs after buying them online and was hooked! I love the way Callanetics encourages working with your own body and taking things slowly and focuses on perfecting the movements and stretching. Within 2 weeks of Callanetics, friends and work colleagues commented that I looked much more toned. Plus I had grown half an inch due to all the stretching!

I was desperate to find a class in London, as I wanted to make sure that I was following the DVD correctly. I happily found Sarah's class and what a difference it has made! It has made a world of difference to have tuition in how to do the moves properly and hold my body. Much better (and harder!) than doing the DVDs at home.

Almost instantly my behind lifted and began shrinking, as well as my saddlebags! After each class my stomach feels more toned and 'pulled in' and I am able to stand much taller. My flexibility has also greatly increased. When I started the classes, I couldn't even touch my toes!

I like how relaxing it is, despite it being hard work! I love all the stretching and that we are encouraged to work at our own pace. If you can't get through all the exercises, no problem. There is no judgement as to your level of ability. Sarah is a wonderful patient teacher, who is great at providing support throughout the class, correcting postures to make the muscles work even harder and deeper. And she makes class fun, not a chore!

I think of all the time I have wasted on repetitive squats and crunches, whereas now I can see visible results with just one stomach or behind exercise in Callanetics! I have also tried Pilates and yoga, but have never had the instant results as I have with Callanetics.”
